About Our Founder – Kolichelima Madhu

At the heart of Bulls Construction and Madhu Planners and Designers stands Mr. Kolichelima Madhu — a visionary Civil Engineer, Planner, and Entrepreneur.

Born in Nemaragomula village, Bibinagar Mandal, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri district, Mr. Madhu pursued his passion for engineering and design with a B.Tech in Civil Engineering from Vignana Bharati Institute of Technology (VBIT). Over the years, he has transformed his knowledge into practice, building a reputation for precision planning, structural expertise, and innovative architectural solutions.

From residential dream homes to commercial and industrial layouts, his work reflects a balance of strength, creativity, and sustainability. His leadership has positioned Bulls Construction as one of the most trusted names in Ghatkesar and beyond, where he is widely recognized as a top planner and designer.
